How We’ve Helped PACE Programs
Our partnerships are based on mutual trust and a shared focus on quality outcomes and services to senior populations. We offer expert guidance in human resources, finance, contracting and technology – all typical pain points for PACE programs, allowing healthcare experts to thrive doing what they do best: taking care of patients.
Nestled in the heart of rural Appalachia, LIFE-NWPA has been a steadfast supporter of seniors in the Erie area for over 20 years. What started as an adult day health center in 1995 has evolved into a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), catering to the unique needs of eligible seniors who yearn to age gracefully in the comfort of their homes and Appalachian communities. With an unwavering commitment to personalized and coordinated care, LIFE-NWPA strives to improve health outcomes and enrich the quality of life for its participants in rural and Appalachian regions. Guided by a compassionate team of dedicated professionals, LIFE-NWPA has gained widespread trust as a reliable provider of top-notch, community-based healthcare services, deeply rooted in the values of rural Appalachia.
